Booking Terms and Conditions

  1. Booking and Payment: To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the photo session. I accept payments via cash, check, or online transfer.

  2. Rescheduling: Life is unpredictable and I understand that sometimes you may need to reschedule your session. Please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. I will do my best to accommodate your new date and time without any additional charges.

  3. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance. If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the session, a cancellation fee equal to the deposit amount will apply. For wedding session cancellations (for whatever the reason), the booking/deposit fee is non-refundable. It will be considered as liquidated damages to the photographer.

  4. No-show: If you fail to attend your scheduled session without any prior notice, the deposit will not be refunded.

  5. Travel: I am more than happy to travel for sessions. Please note that travel fees may apply for sessions outside of my local area.

  6. Weather: In case of unfavorable weather for outdoor shoots, we can either reschedule the session or move to an agreed indoor location.

  7. Image Delivery: Please allow 2-3 weeks for your images to be professionally edited and delivered. For weddings, the turnaround time is typically 4-6 weeks.

  8. Copyright: As the photographer, I retain copyright over all images, but I grant you a license to use your photos for personal use. Commercial use is prohibited without written permission from me.

  9. Privacy: I respect your privacy and will only use your images for marketing purposes with your explicit consent.
